So many people will talk about abortion far more easily than they will talk about adoption.

To every woman who finds herself pregnant, there are always options and choices.

Adoption is a choice and it’s not an easy choice to make. It is a giving of Life, this child is alive, this is an innocent life. Then there is the letting go of that Life to live with someone else. But always that Life is with you, in everything you do, always. Because you made the choice of adoption.

I’m a woman who gave her child up for adoption and I’ve never regretted that decision. I disagreed with my own family members, and suffered a lot of heartache in hurting their feelings, but I did what was best for my child.

For every adoption, there is a story behind it. There are the big media stories that everyone talks about, then there are the little stories that very few people know about. You don’t know me, or my life story, or what happened to me that I found myself pregnant. I prayed to God to help me, to tell me what to do. The answer came to me on a commercial, “Adoption not Abortion.”
